OUR TECHNOLOGY

Although biological, physical and chemical treatment methods in wastewater treatment systems have provided appropriate results, they are not sufficient to remove a few micropollutants, which are mainly resistant and toxic. Therefore, purification methods other than traditional ones are needed to remove these micropollutants. At this point, advanced advanced purification methods play an important role to overcome such a problem.

Electrochemical methods are technological applications based on chemical methods and electric current. While these methods can be studied separately, systems can be created in combination or sequentially with several electrochemical methods. The electrochemical treatment systems we have developed as AKVA KUANT TEKNOLOJİ are environmentally friendly, highly efficient and versatile compared to other treatment methods.

Since electrochemical methods provide effective and efficient results in drinking water and wastewater treatment, we provide services in many areas with the technology we have developed.

Electrochemical methods in wastewater treatment can be divided into two groups;

First group; It includes methods in which electrochemical transformations of substances occur, dissolution of anodes or oxidation-reduction reactions involving the components of a solution. Examples of these processes are electrocoagulation, electroreduction, or electrooxidation of organic compounds in solution.

The second group includes processes occurring in the volume of the solution (electrodialysis, electroflotation, electroosmosis, electrophoresis, electrofiltration). In these processes, there is no change in the phase dispersion or physicochemical properties of the recovered substances. The combination of these methods creates a combined effect on wastewater in electrochemical treatment reactors. With their various advantages, electrochemical methods surpass other treatment methods in wastewater treatment. These advantages can be listed as follows;

·         Less equipment need,

·         The total system cost is affordable,

·         Low need for operation and maintenance,

·         The purification process takes place in a very short time,

·         No need for chemical addition,

·         Less mud formation.

Electrochemical methods should be compared with other methods not only in terms of cost, equipment and ease of operation, but also in terms of adequacy and efficiency. Electrochemical methods are a more useful technology for the treatment of wastewater containing resistant pollutants.

We design systems suitable for the structure of your wastewater with our team with many years of academic and manufacturing experience. Unlike conventional treatment system projects, we create systems with low operating costs and high treatment efficiency, without using chemicals, with a project that best suits the physical and chemical structure of the wastewater.
